1. What cars do you offer for rental?
We currently offer a premium Tesla-only fleet, including the Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y. Each vehicle is clean, fully charged, and equipped with the latest software updates.
2. How do I book a Tesla with Coastline Evo?
Simply fill out our Request a Quote or Book Now form with your dates, pickup location, and preferred Tesla. Our team will confirm availability and send you a quote shortly.
3. Do you offer airport delivery?
Yes. We provide convenient delivery to:
LAX – Los Angeles International Airport
SNA – John Wayne Airport (Orange County)
SAN – San Diego International Airport
Your Tesla will be ready for pickup at your arrival location.
4. What documents do I need to rent a Tesla?
You must provide:

5. Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required depending on the rental duration and delivery location. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
6. How does charging work during my rental?
Teslas can be charged at any Tesla Supercharger or Level 2 charger. You simply plug in, charge, and continue your trip. Supercharging fees may apply based on usage.
7. Do I need to return the car fully charged?
We prefer the car to be returned with a similar charge level as when it was picked up or delivered. This helps us quickly prepare it for the next renter.
8. Is there a mileage limit?
Mileage allowances vary depending on the rental package (daily, weekly, or monthly). Your quote will include all details regarding mileage limits.
9. Can I rent a Tesla for long-term use?
Absolutely. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts for long-term bookings. This is ideal for business travelers, temporary relocation, or extended vacations.
10. Can I book through Turo instead?
Yes. If you prefer platform coverage or Turo's insurance options, we can provide a direct Turo booking link upon request.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type. Your confirmation email will include full policy details.
