At Coastline Evo, we aim to provide a seamless Tesla rental experience. Please review our rental policies carefully before booking.

1. Age and License Requirements

• Renters must be at least 25 years old.

• A valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.

• International renters must carry a valid passport and, if applicable, an international driving permit.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, and online payment gateways.

• Any unpaid balances must be settled before vehicle pickup.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit will be held on your card during the rental period.

• The deposit covers minor damages, fines, or late returns.

• The deposit will be released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.

• No smoking, pets, or hazardous materials inside the vehicle.

• The vehicle must remain within the agreed geographic area unless prior approval is obtained.

5. Fuel and Charging

• All Tesla vehicles are provided fully charged.

• Renters must return the vehicle with at least the same charge level.

• Charges for recharging or low battery will be billed to the renter.

6. Late Returns

• Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily fees.

• Contact Coastline Evo immediately if you anticipate a delay.

7. Accidents and Damage

• Any damage, accident, or theft must be reported immediately.

• Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.

• Coastline Evo reserves the right to charge for repairs if damage occurs.

8. Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications or cancellations must be communicated through the website or customer service.

• Cancellation fees depend on the timing of notice, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
