Welcome to Coastline Evo Tesla Rentals. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received.
Coastline Evo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
2. Rental Requirements
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A valid driver’s license and credit card are required at the time of pickup.
The renter must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.
3. Payment and Cancellation
Payment can be made via the available online methods.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to pickup.
50% refund for cancellations made 48 hours prior to pickup.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup.
4. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must be used responsibly and only by authorized drivers.
No smoking, pets, or illegal activities are allowed in the vehicle.
The renter is responsible for any damage or fines incurred during the rental period.
5. Liability and Insurance
Coastline Evo provides standard insurance coverage.
The renter is responsible for any excess charges as outlined in the insurance policy.
Coastline Evo is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Airport and Delivery Policies
Airport delivery fees apply as specified during booking.
The renter must be available at the agreed pickup location and time.
Delays or missed pickups may result in additional fees or cancellation.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected during booking will only be used for rental processing and communication.
Coastline Evo complies with applicable privacy laws and protects your data.
8. Changes to Terms
Coastline Evo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Customers will be notified of major changes via email or website notification.
